The Firm was founded by Armando Giambrocono in 1921 and we have supplied , services in the areas of Patents, Trademarks, Registered Design, Copyright, Intellectual and Industrial Property disputes, including in the Internet field, with great reliability for over 90 years.
With over seventy employees and/or collaborators we believe we can fully meet the demands of our clients, whether they are large multinationals or small entrepreneurs. The same amount of attention and care will be provided to all.
Our Professionals are duly registered with Ordine Nazionale dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian National Association of Industrial Property Consultants) and, depending on their specialization, they are qualified to represent the Clients before the European Patent Office and/or before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Our primary objective is that of transforming the intangible values of an enterprise into Industrial Property Rights (trademarks, patents, registered designs, etc.) obtaining patent and trademark protection in the Countries which are most important to the client. In this way, “intangible values” can be solidified into true corporate assets having their own financial strength. The second objective is the conservation and protection of this asset so that it lasts over time.
